Digital Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of digital revenue growth to support station sales goals
• Partner with the Local Sales Manager on weekly, quarterly, and annual sales planning
• Coach, mentor, and provide digital training to Account Executives to strengthen sales effectiveness
• Identify new digital revenue opportunities, including non-traditional and emerging solutions
• Develop strategic responses to client and agency RFPs to drive new and incremental business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies to drive retention
• Support digital revenue forecasting and manage budgets related to digital initiatives
• Review insertion orders and sales documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and cross-platform media (television and digital)
• Proven experience in new business development and account growth
• Ability to create persuasive presentations and respond effectively to RFPs
• Knowledge of pricing strategy and inventory management
• Proficiency with WideOrbit and Kantar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile
