Digital Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge digital technologies within the da Vinci ecosystem
• Act as a trusted advisor to surgeons, OR teams, hospital executives, and IT stakeholders
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, including market development, lead generation, and closing
• Implement and grow the use of digital solutions to drive clinical impact and commercial success
• Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, territory management, and achieving commercial targets
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with clinical and executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management
• Experience building relationships within multidisciplinary hospital environments
• High level of communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in standard business tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a medical device or hospital environment
• Relevant clinical background
