Digital Sales Development Representative Intern

Responsibilities

• Support Global Sales teams in the UK, US, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai to boost performance
• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads
• Follow up with prospects through outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements to drive growth
• Brainstorm with the team to identify key players and generate interest in products
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned segments

Requirements

• University degree in a related field
• Understanding of eCommerce markets
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for market research and lead generation
• Comfort with high-volume phone outreach

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in SDR or Inside Sales roles
• Understanding of digital marketing principles
• Experience in customer-oriented positions
