Digital Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Support Global Sales teams in the UK, US, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai to boost performance
• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads
• Follow up with prospects through outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements to drive growth
• Brainstorm with the team to identify key players and generate interest in products
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned segments

Requirements

• University degree in a related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• A fair understanding of eCommerce markets and Digital Marketing
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High energy and a passion for market research and lead generation
• Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an SDR or in Inside Sales
