Digital Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls/emails
• Support Global Sales teams in the UK, US, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai to boost performance
• Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products
• Brainstorm with the team to identify key players and generate interest in Insider One’s products
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned segments

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• University degree in a related field
• A fair understanding of eCommerce markets and Digital Marketing
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for market research, lead generation, and identifying key industry players
• Comfort with high-volume phone outreach and dialing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an SDR or Inside Sales role
