Digital R&D Launch & Marketed Products Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company strategic direction
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products from conception and MVP through continuous improvement
• Manage backlog prioritization, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term breakthrough ideas
• Implement governance around digital products to ensure best practices, risk management, and value realization
• Drive user adoption by delivering intuitive, user-centric solutions and gathering regular feedback
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using AI and automation to enhance productivity and compliance
• Collaborate with architecture, Data, and AI teams to ensure seamless integration of automated workflows

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Product delivery leadership (Product Owner or Product Manager)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM-related field
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of the drug lifecycle and R&D value chain
• Functional and technical expertise in the Pharmacovigilance (PV) domain
• Experience working within a GxP regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Proven track record of designing and delivering transformative digital products, particularly in the AI space
• Strong expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies, UX/UI, and application design
