Digital Quality System Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze the existing documentary base to identify obsolete or redundant documents
• Build a correspondence matrix between ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements and actionable audit documents
• Define master documents necessary for managing the quality system
• Contribute to the transition from a document-centric logic to a process-oriented logic
• Design and deploy a visual tool for document traceability and impact analysis
• Train and support teams in the adoption of new digital tools and quality practices
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality system

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) in Computer Science, Quality Management, or Digital Transformation
• Strong skills in information structuring and document management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an interest in data visualization tools
• Knowledge of quality management principles and at least one normative standard (ISO 9001 preferred)
• Rigorous, organized, and possessing strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to work in transverse environments and support change management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality, auditing, continuous improvement, or document management
