Digital Quality and Testing Engineering Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of quality management strategies and software testing processes for the digital ecosystem.
• Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical requirements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of automation frameworks for UI, services, and databases.
• Identify and implement automation tools and frameworks throughout the digital ecosystem lifecycle.
• Execute and analyze automation test results, maintaining regression and functional test suites.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to integrate automated tests and feedback into build tools like Azure Boards.
• Coordinate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to provide support and clarifications.
• Evaluate automation opportunities to improve engineering productivity and test coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Proficiency in UI, database, and web service automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with testing software such as JUnit, JMeter, Selenium, Xray, Tosca, or Appium.
• Experience developing and configuring automated test scripts and maintaining automated test environments.
• Proven experience establishing automated testing frameworks within DevOps environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAFe and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in code management and versioning using Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and associated tools.
• Ability to interpret Sonarqube results and Splunk logs.
