Digital Projects Officer

Responsibilities

• Participate in project evaluation to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope
• Monitor project progress against deadlines and internal client expectations
• Produce project management documentation including plans, schedules, status reports, and retrospectives
• Identify and communicate project risks effectively
• Manage project closure and post-mortem reports
• Manage multiple simultaneous deliveries
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods and team cohesion

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project coordination or management
• Understanding of technical, strategic, and creative digital project challenges
• Education in marketing, administration, management, communication, or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of web concepts, architecture, usability, and accessibility
• Experience in project estimation and documentation writing
• Proficiency in web tools and project management software
• Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is essential
• Must be located in Canada with a valid work permit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a digital agency or department
• Knowledge of Jira, CMS, UX, UI, CX, and web design
• Understanding of SEO and digital accessibility (WCAG) standards
