Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Apply project management, change management, and communication across the project lifecycle to manage schedules and milestones
• Manage project documentation following best practices
• Deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, test strategies, and presentations to stakeholders and executive leaders
• Oversee testing activities including unit, integration, system, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Coordinate test environments across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to validate data flows and system integrations
• Facilitate defect lifecycle management, including tracking, prioritization, and root cause analysis
• Coordinate deployments, release planning, and production cutovers
• Drive business insight through data analysis, quality, and visualization
• Coach and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Undergraduate degree in Health Informatics, Administration, Technology, Science, Business, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent
• Technical skills to drive integration discussions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience in formal procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management
• Familiarity with healthcare information systems, HL7, ITIL, or enterprise architecture
• Experience with referral workflows/systems and provincial projects
• Certifications such as Lean/Six-Sigma Black Belt, IIBA, or Change Management
