Digital Project Manager - Junior

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns to ensure fast, smart, and timely execution
• Turn marketing ideas into clear, structured tasks and actionable workflows
• Organize tasks and timelines to ensure deadlines are respected and nothing falls through the cracks
• Work closely with the founder and marketing team to maintain visibility on project progress
• Coordinate work between multiple team members and contributors

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or digital project management
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow up consistently with team members
• Basic understanding of digital environments, including websites, CRM systems, and content workflows
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a fully in-office environment in Dubai Media City

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a startup or a marketing agency
• Experience working within a digital-first environment
