About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a Technical Lead for Digital Technologies
- Manage large programs and digital technology projects
- Lead teams using Agile Scrum methodology
- Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership, including Directors and above
- Oversee digital space initiatives including portals, web pages, Web UIs, and mobile apps
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of recent Digital experience
- Proven project management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of digital technologies (Java, Web UI, mobile apps, portals)
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Experience working with senior leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification
- PMP certification
- Healthcare industry experience
- 6+ years of development experience
