Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and IT projects from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, and status reports
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, IT specialists, and third-party vendors
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
• Drive adoption of new digital tools and platforms through structured change management
• Support the development and prioritization of the digital project portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1+ year of proven experience as a Project Manager or driving project execution as an Engineer
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Professional working proficiency in English and fluency in Hungarian
