Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, including scope, timeline, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate day-to-day work for cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Proactively manage risks, blockers, and trade-offs
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and transparency
• Translate technical progress for business stakeholders and client needs for the technical team
• Utilize AI tools to optimize planning, communication, and progress tracking
• Manage stakeholder expectations and keep priorities aligned

Requirements

• Medior to senior experience in digital project management
• Proven track record delivering software, web, or app projects in agile environments
• Foundational knowledge of application and web development
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and people skills
• Ability to conduct weekly on-site contact in the Ghent region

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies
• Strong product sense to challenge ideas and protect project value
