Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage small and medium scale digital projects
• Build project delivery plans and timelines for design and technology projects
• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks with design and technology teams
• Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and quality deliveries
• Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the creation of digital solutions for a variety of clients and verticals
• Gather information on client business processes through interviews and research
• Coordinate user experience design thinking and technology architecture workshops
• Structure presentations, documentation, and request for proposal responses

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in digital project management, consulting, UX, or software development
• Experience in design and technology project definition and scope determination
• Demonstrable experience managing projects within a fixed budget and schedule
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills
• Strong track record of presenting and public speaking
