Digital Project Engineer - Nuclear

Responsibilities

• Lead the global management of strategic digital projects, including objective definition, organization, planning, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate and manage teams to maintain strong collaborative dynamics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, radiation protection, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage daily operational tasks while maintaining a strategic vision for project development.
• Guarantee the application of project management methods and adherence to Assystem processes and standards.
• Provide technical leadership for digital projects and support their commercial development.

Requirements

• Bac+5 engineering degree or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital project management within the nuclear sector or a complex industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods and technical processes.
• Understanding of maintenance engineering (e.g., FMEA/AMDEC, reliability studies).
• Knowledge of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR/REP) operations is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong managerial drive.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage a high workload.
