Digital Project Controls Director

Responsibilities

• Define and drive digital project strategy aligned with business and client objectives
• Establish roadmaps for digital platforms including PMIS, CDE, BIM integration, and data governance
• Lead the selection, implementation, and configuration of digital control systems
• Configure system modules including workflows, WBS, CBS, and governance processes
• Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of system logic and data flows
• Drive user adoption through training, guidance, and playbooks
• Evaluate project outcomes to implement continuous improvements

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in delivering complex digital projects
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related subject (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science)
• Strong knowledge of project controls (cost management, scheduling, risk, change control)
• Hands-on configuration experience with PMIS or digital control platforms (e.g., Oracle Primavera Cloud, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, SAP PS, Power BI)
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of BIM standards, 4D/5D integration, or digital twins
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Experience with enterprise data architecture
