Digital Program Manager, Principal

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality software development projects by managing the full SDLC and technical dependencies.
• Champion an Agile mindset by promoting adaptability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
• Utilize a servant leadership approach to empower teams, remove blockers, and foster self-organizing environments.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic company objectives.
• Oversee project financials, including cost analysis, expense control, and vendor invoice management.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations to management.
• Drive project performance using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and non-technical business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of IT program management experience within software development environments.
• Proven experience working with both Waterfall and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, programming concepts, and CI/CD principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or comparable professional program management certification.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with metrics-driven delivery using velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.
