Responsibilities

• Verify and validate healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure platform credibility
• Maintain high accuracy and quality of user data through regular checks and updates
• Communicate with users, including doctors, to confirm and complete required information
• Manage user inquiries across Medsulto and digital channels in a timely manner
• Resolve user issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and supportive approach
• Track platform usage, growth, and engagement metrics and generate reports
• Utilize digital and AI tools to enhance workflows and improve overall efficiency

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Basic analytical skills to interpret and report data
• High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
• Familiarity with online tools and digital platforms
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
