About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital products
- Conduct user research and usability studies collaborating with designers and developers
- Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis
- Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps
- Develop and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, and user acceptance testing
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant iteration and improvement
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in digital product management or similar
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
- Usability and customer-focused design experience
- Passion for building products and solving customer/business problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Experience with back-end and front-end programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
