Digital Product Owner - PSPV

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with company strategic direction and business leadership.
• Define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven digital solutions to improve patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Lead product delivery from conception and MVP through continuous improvement using Agile methodologies.
• Manage backlog prioritization, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term breakthrough ideas.
• Drive user adoption by delivering intuitive, user-centric solutions and gathering regular feedback through usage metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using AI and automation to accelerate design, testing, and iteration.
• Ensure each sprint delivers measurable improvements to cycle times, productivity, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Digital or IT Product delivery, product ownership, or product management.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of the drug lifecycle and R&D value chain.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and implementing complex digital strategies in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Proficiency in Lean and Agile practices, UX/UI, and application design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical expertise in the Pharmacovigilance (PV) domain, specifically Safety Reporting, Compliance, and Quality Monitoring.
• Experience with software development in a GxP regulated environment.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering transformative digital products, particularly in the AI space.
