Digital Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Drive and communicate the digital technology product roadmap from conceptualization through feature launch
• Collaborate with senior management and prospective users to translate needs into product feature requirements
• Manage multiple product backlogs and prioritize features based on changing business needs and market requirements
• Oversee the creation, development, and execution of the requirement process in partnership with Digital Product Business Analysts
• Perform robust product analytics by monitoring and evaluating progress at each stage of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Partner with internal and external development teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products against business expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum Agile processes and principles
• Working knowledge of product development architecture and user-centered design principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Product or Project Management
• Certifications in Agile Scrum roles
