Digital Product Manager – Supply Chain Accounting

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for costing, supply chain accounting, and intercompany accounting capabilities.
• Develop business cases for new products and improvements in coordination with business leadership.
• Act as the "voice of the customer" by prioritizing features based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Lead product owners and partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet community needs and enterprise standards.
• Coordinate development specifications, scope, and requirements across key financial processes including Order to Cash and Record to Report.
• Collaborate with process and program teams to define roadmaps and community user groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 8+ years of product management or equivalent project management experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading the delivery of technology solutions and enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT technology projects and enterprise-level implementations.
• Proven experience in Costing, Supply Chain Accounting, or Intercompany Accounting.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle or other industry-leading supply chain applications.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management solutions and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hybrid project delivery environments (Waterfall/Agile).
• Experience leading teams through transformational projects or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience in enterprise-level solutioning using data-driven insights.
• Supervisory experience or previous experience leading product management teams.
