Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the strategy, vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Billing, Cash, and Rebate Management capabilities.
• Drive product strategy across core business and enterprise applications in collaboration with business leadership.
• Own the digital product vision, program backlog, and feature acceptance criteria.
• Act as the "voice of the customer" by prioritizing features based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Develop business cases for new products and improvements in coordination with Value Management.
• Lead product owners and partner with technical personnel to ensure products meet community needs.
• Coordinate development specifications, scope, and requirements for key finance business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 8+ years of product management or equivalent project management experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading the delivery of technology solutions and enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience in project management and managing IT technology projects.
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Rebate Management, or Cash Management.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle or other industry-leading finance applications.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy, end-to-end product delivery, and managing internal/external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or previous experience leading teams effectively.
• Experience in hybrid project delivery environments (Waterfall/Agile).
• Experience with transformational projects or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Ability to use data-driven insights for enterprise-level solutioning.
• Understanding of technology product use cases within the Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry.
