Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the digital product roadmap in collaboration with the VP of Marketing – Digital
• Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of festival websites and apps, focusing on user experience, ticket purchase flows, and data collection
• Project manage the delivery of new digital products using various platforms and managing both internal teams and agencies
• Respond to campaign briefs to develop digital products that meet specific needs, including real-time adaptations during live events and festivals
• Provide line management, mentoring, and development for the digital product team
• Perform weekly reporting and platform optimization to drive incremental growth in reach and ticket sales

Requirements

• Proven experience developing websites and apps from scratch
• Proficiency with a range of Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience in digital project management, handling multiple projects under rigorous deadlines
• Experience in line management and staff development
• Strong data analysis skills using GA4 and other analytical tools
• Exceptional communication skills and immaculate attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Coding experience is highly desirable
