Digital Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Validate Digital SOC chips on ATE, SLT, and Bench environments
• Collaborate with SOC Design, SW/System, and Chipset teams to develop HVM Test Solutions
• Manage project lifecycle from initial planning through execution for Digital SOC development
• Partner with Test Engineering, SLT, and Bench teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing solutions
• Work cross-functionally with SW, System, Design, Process, and Customer Engineering on power and performance related tests for High Volume Manufacturing

Requirements

• Experience in Digital SOC development covering planning, silicon validation, and High Volume Manufacturing phases
• Proven experience in ATE/SLT test coverage and test HW development
• Strong skills in data analytics, statistics, and product reliability qualification (ESD/LU, HTOL, and Package Qual)
• Experience with ATE System correlation for power and performance
• Ability to manage stakeholders, project updates, and risks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
