Digital Product Development Trainee

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and interactions on radissonhotels.com
• Manage requirement prioritization and transform them into product specifications
• Collaborate with product owners and designers on mock-ups
• Coordinate implementation details and timelines with the development team
• Conduct quality tests
• Participate in creative projects for the product roadmap
• Analyze and report product usage and customer feedback using tools like Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics, and Adobe
• Work cross-functionally with development, design, content, and marketing teams

Requirements

• Enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in Europe
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Interest in UI & UX
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Project management skills
• Autonomous, organized, and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing web and mobile developments
• Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Quantum Metric
