Digital Producer

Responsibilities

• Support the flawless execution of digital content across the website and mobile app
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations to ensure seamless delivery
• Oversee project timelines to ensure marketing assets and website updates are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Act as a subject matter expert on channel standards and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to leadership to keep projects on track
• Provide feedback and recommendations for the refinement of established digital production processes
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure all digital content aligns with user needs and expectations

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital production, project management, or a related field
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding marketing strategy, copy, and creative deliverables
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assess risk and escalate issues to appropriate leaders in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, or Trello
• Familiarity with various Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
