Digital Procurement Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and resolve incidents for procurement applications
• Coordinate with software editors and internal teams to manage tool evolutions
• Design and lead training sessions in French and English
• Create and maintain user documentation, guides, and procedures
• Manage the operational relationship with the Resource Advisor solution provider
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Prepare and lead follow-up committees with business stakeholders and management
• Produce activity indicators and performance reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5)
• Experience in digital tools, procurement, or application support/project management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong service and user orientation
• Proficiency in digital tools and information systems
• Ability to analyze functional issues and propose solutions
• Experience in training delivery and workshop facilitation
• Experience in vendor management and service level monitoring
• Bilingual in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
