Digital Printing Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Join the Image Quality team to support the testing and validation of new inks, software, and hardware developments
• Assist in designing and running test scenarios to evaluate product performance and capabilities
• Capture test data and help create reports for internal technical teams
• Provide support to global field engineers, including Pre-Press and Colour Management guidance
• Assist with technical and product-related queries from internal teams
• Contribute to creating technical documentation such as procedures, guides, and bulletins
• Support live product testing at customer (beta) sites
• Help maintain lab equipment, including printing presses, front-end systems, and networks

Requirements

• Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your workload and meet agreed deadlines
• Good communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and seek support
• Ability to work flexibly and collaborate with colleagues across different teams
• Self-motivated and proactive with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills
