Digital PMO

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Project Management Office in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling digital projects
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and documentation to ensure visibility of business performance and KPIs
• Assist in project coordination to ensure delivery according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Ensure project governance adheres to methodologies, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans
• Manage stakeholder communication regarding project progress, issues, and changes
• Monitor project milestones and support strategy execution
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in technical or financial services environments
• Fluency in Arabic
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Think-cell, Excel, and MS Project
• Strong analytical skills with data validation capability
• Familiarity with banking and technical terminology
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
