Digital Performance Manager (Search)

Responsibilities

• Own Halter's intent-driven demand globally via Google Ads and SEO
• Manage Google budget, search, and asset hygiene
• Track visibility, citations, and share of voice in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Partner with content teams for SEO gaps and website owners for technical SEO
• Audit search term reports and asset performance across NZ, AU, and US markets
• Report channel efficiency including CPL and CAC to the Performance Marketing Lead

Requirements

• Proven experience owning paid search and SEO against performance targets
• Fluency in Google Ads and SEO integration
• Analytical mindset with experience in search term reports and ranking data
• Ability to brief content and technical teams effectively
• Proficiency in using AI as a core tool for keyword research and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth SaaS, hardware, or ag-tech industries
• Experience managing search and SEO across multiple international markets
• Expertise in Generative/Answer Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO)
• Strong technical SEO and page performance knowledge
