Responsibilities
- Own Halter's paid social strategy globally, managing Meta ad accounts end-to-end
- Drive the creative testing roadmap in collaboration with Brand and Regional teams
- Lead expansion into emerging channels including TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
- Manage and optimize lead generation and pipeline targets across NZ, AU, and US markets
- Use AI tools for creative analysis, audience research, and rapid iteration
- Diagnose performance fluctuations related to creative fatigue, audience saturation, or landing page issues
Requirements
- Proven experience running paid social against real lead or revenue targets
- Creative-first approach to media buying with ability to brief and test video/static assets
- Deep understanding of CPL, CAC, and the full conversion funnel
- Ability to build audience strategies that flex across different global markets and customer segments
- Proficiency in using AI as a core productivity and analysis tool
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling paid social in high-growth SaaS, hardware, or ag-tech businesses
- Experience launching and scaling new paid social channels from zero
- Experience working closely with creative teams to build high-velocity testing engines
