About the role

Responsibilities

  • Discover and communicate actionable insights regarding user behavior on websites and digital acquisition channels
  • Transform complex data into clear narratives and strategic business recommendations for marketing, product, and business development
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic, user behavior, navigation flows, and conversion funnels using Adobe Analytics or GA4
  • Identify audience patterns to optimize user experience (UX) and reduce friction points
  • Perform web user segmentation analysis to understand performance differences between groups
  • Analyze paid search campaign performance (Google Ads, Bing Ads) including keyword performance, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Measure brand campaign performance across digital channels (display, social, video) in terms of reach, frequency, impressions, and engagement
  • Collaborate with CRO and UX teams to translate findings into website improvements
  • Create regular reports and intuitive dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities in digital performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Performance, preferably in advertising or marketing agencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, GA4, Power BI, Looker, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Advanced English proficiency is indispensable
