Digital Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP and IT projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, and budget control
• Perform SAP system customizing and oversee the assignment of specific tasks to specialist providers
• Ensure successful project handovers to Application Managed Services (AMS)
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to key users across various business areas using SAP
• Coordinate with specialist vendors to ensure technical requirements and project milestones are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with professional certification (Cédula profesional)
• Extensive SAP Consulting knowledge, specifically in SAP PP, MM, WM, LE, LO, ABAP, and HANA
• Proven experience in IT solution implementation and IT service development
• Proficiency in ITIL service management frameworks
• Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Strong Project Management skills using PMI, Agile, or SCRUM methodologies
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and basic knowledge of German
