Digital Officer 2

Responsibilities

• Manage the Spanish-language website (Drupal) and official social media channels including X and Facebook.
• Create, edit, and repurpose engaging multimedia content such as posts, image slideshows, GIFs, and videos.
• Analyze social media performance and reputation using analytics tools like Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to launch and evaluate major digital campaigns.
• Organize and participate in field communication missions for photography and video recording.
• Produce and archive a wide variety of audiovisual products for digital channels.

Requirements

• Degree in communications, marketing, or journalism.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital communication and web administration.
• Proficiency in content management systems, specifically Drupal and/or WordPress.
• Skilled in audiovisual editing tools, including Photoshop and Premiere.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Deep expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok) and analytics.
• Experience with SEO and digital ad management (Google Ads, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in a relevant field.
• Previous experience working with the ICRC.
• Sound knowledge of the media environment in Colombia and abroad.
