Digital Navigator Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Equity team on special projects and support Digital Navigator Specialists with program development
• Provide 1-on-1 assistance to residents for internet enrollment, device access, and technical support
• Conduct intake assessments and document services using OIT software
• Facilitate baseline and intermediate digital skills workshops across city locations
• Perform direct community outreach to promote digital inclusion initiatives
• Manage and respond to digital navigation requests via phone, text, and chat

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience providing digital skills support or training
• Experience managing or leading teams and projects
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to travel across the city to multiple locations
• Must become a Philadelphia resident within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual language skills
• Familiarity with Northstar Digital Literacy or similar certifications
