About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Equity team on special projects and support Digital Navigator Specialists with program development
- Provide 1-on-1 assistance to residents for internet enrollment, device access, and technical support
- Conduct intake assessments and document services using OIT software
- Facilitate baseline and intermediate digital skills workshops across city locations
- Perform direct community outreach to promote digital inclusion initiatives
- Manage and respond to digital navigation requests via phone, text, and chat
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience providing digital skills support or training
- Experience managing or leading teams and projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to travel across the city to multiple locations
- Must become a Philadelphia resident within six months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Bi-lingual language skills
- Familiarity with Northstar Digital Literacy or similar certifications
