Responsibilities

• Own the site’s merchandising and storytelling approach across homepage, collections, PLPs, PDPs, and key landing pages
• Execute daily merchandising of collection and category pages within Shopify
• Define strategies for PDP clarity, product descriptions, and fit guidance
• Maintain the site content calendar and creative briefs for seasonal launches
• Monitor inventory flow and availability to identify selling opportunities and risks
• Partner with Digital Marketing to align on-site experiences with traffic sources
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance readouts with actionable recommendations
• Analyze customer behavior and define A/B testing recommendations for site optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or digital commerce roles
• Proficiency in Shopify (or similar) and Google Analytics
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in luxury, premium fashion, or brand-led ecommerce environments preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills
