About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the full lifecycle of digital deals, including media plan creation, order entry, campaign optimizations, reporting, and billing.
  • Create and maintain strategic, KPI-driven digital media plans with budget summaries to track deal health.
  • Partner with Sales to advise clients on integrating proprietary digital media offerings into their marketing programs.
  • Manage digital campaign trafficking, creative asset collection, pacing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with Campaign Management.
  • Execute campaign modifications such as incremental spends, cancellations, and targeting revisions within the order management system.
  • Work with the billing team to provide accurate delivery data to ensure timely invoice generation.
  • Contribute to campaign wrap decks by providing final reporting and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience, preferably in digital advertising sales or account management support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and present data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
