Digital Media Strategist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Success Growth Leads to serve as a strategic advisor to clients
• Present insights, performance narratives, and recommendations in Quarterly Business Reviews
• Identify opportunities for channel expansion and creative testing
• Lead day-to-day strategy for integrated media plans across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic
• Drive media forecasting, annual planning, and budget allocation
• Translate sales and marketing objectives into clear paid media strategies
• Partner with Solutions and Sales Enablement teams to support measurement and attribution
• Create executive-ready performance narratives for CMOs and VPs of Marketing

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on multichannel and performance strategy
• Strategic fluency in CM360, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and leading DSPs
• Experience with planning tools like MRI Simmons or Nielsen Media Impact
• Proficiency in media forecasting, multi-touch attribution, and MMM
• Experience with persona development, segmentation, and full-funnel journey mapping
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
• 4-year college degree
