Digital Media Planner, Latin Regional Management

Responsibilities

• Develop paid media plans aligned with marketing priorities for artist campaigns, releases, and project initiatives
• Identify optimal platform mix, targeting strategies, and budget allocation across digital channels
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and programmatic platforms
• Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights, reporting, and post-campaign recaps
• Collaborate with regional and local marketing teams to align media strategy with campaign goals
• Coordinate with creative, influencer, and digital marketing teams to ensure campaign cohesion

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in digital media planning or performance marketing
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different markets simultaneously
