Digital Media Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate professional cameras for educational audiovisual productions, including studio, location, 360° video, and virtual production environments.
• Install and configure audiovisual equipment for recordings, live streams, and hybrid events.
• Monitor and operate live broadcasts and multi-camera productions, supervising signals and camera switching.
• Ensure high-quality audio and video by monitoring levels, lighting, and signals in real-time.
• Implement emerging technologies such as volumetric capture, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence in production.
• Collaborate with producers and engineers to adapt creative and pedagogical needs into technical solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and operational reviews of audiovisual equipment to ensure availability.

Requirements

• Degree in Audiovisual Media Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in audio operation and video camera handling.
• Experience in lighting configuration and setup.
• Knowledge of emerging audiovisual technologies and Virtual Reality.
• English proficiency level B1 or B2.
• Strong assertive oral and written communication skills.
