About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver day-to-day strategic work and steward strategies through to execution.
- Deliver a point of view regarding client business, categories, culture, and consumers by analyzing information from various research sources.
- Brief internal working teams and external media publishers for ideation and lead brainstorm sessions.
- Monitor leading and emerging media channels, specifically within the digital landscape, to apply to consumer brief responses.
- Mentor junior strategists to support professional growth.
- Develop deep audience empathy by interpreting quantitative and qualitative data inputs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic work delivery and media planning.
- Strong expertise in digital media channels and emerging platforms.
- Ability to conduct and analyze market research from proprietary and syndicated sources.
- Demonstrated skills in audience empathy and consumer insight development.
- Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members.
