About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support paid social, paid search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media campaigns
  • Communicate with clients via email and meetings to align on strategy and performance goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies
  • Build marketing KPI dashboards and deliver performance reports with actionable insights
  • Support A/B testing, consumer research, and data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance
  • Assist in implementing best practices and proprietary technology to optimize marketing strategies
  • Provide creative and copy recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in pursuing a career in performance-driven digital marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
