About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage ad operations and trafficking for NFL-owned inventory (NFL.com, NFL App) and partner digital inventory, including OTT, video, and display.
  • Oversee the agency process for creative video and custom program development, ensuring technical specifications and timelines are met.
  • Develop tactical channel plans leveraging owned and partner inventory across social, display, and OTT.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing and Media Strategy teams to implement targeting, personalization, and measurement best practices.
  • Execute quality control processes to verify that all assets meet technical specs and uphold league quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting regarding media inventory, delivery, flighting, and pacing.
  • Translate complex campaign data into story-driven narratives and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant media buying and activation experience.
  • Proven track record of executing successful paid and digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms and 3P ad servers (e.g., GAM, Freewheel, Amazon Ads, DV360).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing biddable media buys, including social media.
  • International media buying experience.
  • Strong understanding of creative technical specifications.

The Consumer Media group serves as the NFL’s Media Planning & Activation Center of Excellence, managing paid, owned, and partner media assets to drive maximum performance and efficiency.
