Responsibilities

• Supervise client search and online programs including strategic approach and bid recommendations
• Lead a team of specialists across all marketing channels
• Manage client web and creative development projects
• Develop, motivate, and train Junior and Digital Specialists
• Handle client account management and service up-selling
• Project manage all digital initiatives for assigned clients
• Deliver monthly marketing reports and conduct status calls
• Monitor project time and budgets to ensure efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5 years of online marketing experience
• Strong background in planning and buying online campaigns
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college
• In-depth understanding of SEO and search engine factors
• Experience with PPC and Pay-per-click management
• Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Experience using a CMS and understanding its impact on SEO
• Ability to analyze search data, metrics, and conversion rates
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Comfortable interacting with C-level executives
