Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end digital campaigns from launch through to optimisation and improvement
• Build and maintain automated customer journeys and cross-channel campaigns in Emarsys or similar platforms
• Translate data and business needs into smart workflows and practical solutions
• Analyse performance across campaigns, channels, and journeys to uncover growth opportunities
• Use GA4 to track user behaviour, conversions, and overall digital performance
• Collaborate with the wider team on targeting, segmentation, and ad-hoc digital projects

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and managing multi-channel customer journeys in a marketing automation platform
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in GA4 and marketing data analysis
• Experience using SQL for audience segmentation, journey triggers, and data management
• Working understanding of SEO and paid media (search and social)
• Ability to troubleshoot technical journey logic and maintain clean, reliable data
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach to team priorities
