About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting to maximize efficiency.
  • Launch and manage multi-market campaigns across both web and app acquisition funnels.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, installs, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copy to drive performance.
  • Support the implementation and management of tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs (CAPI).
  • Build reports and dashboards to monitor campaign and funnel performance.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, pixels, and event tracking.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Business Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within fintech, trading, FX/CFD, crypto, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms, APIs, and server-side tracking.
  • Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms for marketing workflows.
  • Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting and analytics tools.
