About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit, Snapchat, and various programmatic platforms
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize efficiency
  • Launch and manage multi-market campaigns across both web and app acquisition funnels
  • Track and improve key performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copy to drive performance
  • Support the implementation and management of tracking infrastructure using GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs
  • Build reports and dashboards to monitor campaign and funnel performance
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad messaging and assets

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC
  • Experience within fintech, trading, FX/CFD, crypto, or financial services
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms, APIs, and server-side tracking
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs
  • Experience using Looker Studio or similar reporting and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms for marketing workflows
