Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar across social media, email, SMS, website, blog, and campaign channels
• Design professional and engaging content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and digital ads
• Appear in photo and video content to represent the brand
• Monitor social media platforms for customer engagement and trends
• Support campaign planning and execution for promotions and special events
• Write blog and website content to support SEO and brand storytelling
• Build and support email marketing campaigns using CRM platforms like Klaviyo or Rinsed
• Use basic HTML for email formatting and layout adjustments
• Create and update landing pages and website content using WordPress
• Leverage AI tools to support content creation and workflow improvement

Requirements

• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
• Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and prompt engineering
• Strong writing skills for social captions, emails, blogs, and SMS
• Experience creating social media content for business accounts
• Basic HTML knowledge for email marketing support
• Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms
• Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar design platforms
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
• Ability to appear in photos and videos for brand content
